Karla Fincher

Karla Fincher is Main Key Realty’s Managing Broker.  As managing broker of Main Key Realty, Karla’s position is to instruct, teach and help each agent realize their highest potential in the real estate industry. She establishes training processes and implements each process to help each agent grow and learn to earn more and extend their knowledge to others.  Knowledge and ability are the two main keys in being successful in the Real Estate Industry and Karla’s ability to pay close attention and oversee each individual lends to the credibility of the entire company and each agent individually.

Karla has been a full time licensed realtor in Jefferson County for 30 years, adding experience in the industry with extensive sales expertise, training knowledge and expert compliance knowledge. Each of these abilities lend to the expertise of overseeing files and agents.  This knowledge adds to the ability to teach, train and help others grow their business.  Karla’s knowledge in all aspects of real estate is helpful in helping other realtors realize their true potential.  It is her job to help each agent organize their business, manage time and learn the basics so each agent can grow their own business to their individual taste.  With new construction knowledge as well as single family residential and commercial experience her expertise covers almost every area of the industry. She oversees each file and checks for compliance to ensure agents understand the true nature of the industry and how to handle every stressful situation.  She is hands on daily and is available with a simple text or phone call.  When in a tough situation even late at night she is available to help each agent work through the stressful negotiations to help ensure a successful closing and happy stress free clients.  Our goal is to teach, train and grow.
